Sober.Extension and thorough refurbishment of an appartment building of the early 20th century. Five transit appartments with one to two bedrooms for the social public authority, including an appartement for disabled people. The program needed a sober approach and dwellings fit for a variety of people who need a temporary housing before their lives settles down again in better conditions. Although the limited budget the dwellings have plenty of daylight and wide colored spaces.
