Atelier EUPALINOS (Organization) and Nicolas GOUBAU (person) are BREEAM Accredited Professional (Organization and Person) since this week. The commitment of a BREEAM Accredited Professional (BREEAM AP) ensures the environmental strategy is being enhanced throughout the Design Brief, Design and Construction project stages and his commitment and involvement may be awarded up to 3 additional BREEAM credits depending on whether the BREEAM AP has already been appointed at Design Brief stage or not and depending on whether or not the initial BREEAM targets as set at Design stage are still achieved at Post Construction Stage.
The completed project "De Stassart" in Ixelles (Brussels) has been inaugurated on march 29th in presence of the Mayor, Willy Decourty, and the Deputy Mayors Pierre Lardot, Béa Diallo, their staff and other representatives.
