Five New build public dwellings of « Very High Environmental Quality ». Oriented to let light and sight enter the plot in this very densely built environment along a narrow street, the dwellings are accessed trough a shared inner garden that also contributes to the spatial quality of the street. A large part of the materials are eco-labelled, water is partly heated by solar panels. The designed building performances are beyond the client’s brief, almost reaching the Passive Haus standards.
