Refurbishment and new extension to a secondary school. The site houses very different buildings around the courtyard that provides functional and spatial coherence. The new building sets a new, even radically different shape as the other buildings do, but emphasizes the overall coherence by establishing the same face-to-face dialogue with the central courtyard. Special attention has been paid to the finesse of the brick facade design and the abundant natural inner lighting.
